Brian Godfrey
Brian Godfrey has over 25 years of law enforcement experience and just retired as the Lt. Colonel of the Criminal Investigations Division for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. Throughout his career has supervised and personally investigated crimes such as homicide, robbery, property crimes, special victim unit cases. He is also a licensed polygraph examiner and has extensive training in interview and interrogation techniques.
Ricky Johnson
Ricky Johnson is currently the Captain of the Richland County Sheriff’s Department Technical Services and Narcotics Units and has been in law enforcement for almost 17 years. Capt. Johnson has multiple years of training and experience in the field of Digital Forensics and has testified as an expert witness in Mobile Device Analysis.
Sara Holt
Sara, the Sergeant/Technical Leader of the Crime Scene/Latent Print Unit for the Ricland County Sheriff’s Department, has been in law enforcement for over 13 years. Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Crime Scene Unit, administering the training program for Crime Scene Investigators, protocol development and implementation, training for department personnel on forensic matters, monitoring and maintaining accreditation standards, as well as being a Latent Print Examiner.
